HOW WILL THE PRESENTIAL SECRETARY WORK?
The in-person Secretariat of the Congress and Championship will work throughout the period of the event (from 07:00 to 21:00), for questions and withdrawal of material from the participant.

CAN A CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE OCCUR?
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program to meet technical and/or scientific reasons.

WILL YOU GET CERTIFIED? WHO CAN RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATE?
All participants, regularly registered, who attend the Pre-Congress Courses, the Congress and the Championship, will receive the Certificate of Participation, by e-mail (registered in the system) with the respective workload within 30 days. Note: for this reason fill in the name and e-mail correctly.

WILL THE EVENT HAVE VOLUME KEEPERS?
The location will not provide this service, please take good care of your belongings.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE OBJECTIVES?
They will be concentrated in the Secretariat of the event.

CAN VISITORS ATTEND THE CHAMPIONSHIP?
Visitors will only be able to watch the Championship after registering for the Congress. They will be properly identified at the entrance.

​HOW DOES THE REFUND POLICY WORK?
​For reimbursement requests due to health problems, the refund is made with a discount percentage as shown below, 15 days after the end of the event, for which it is necessary to send a copy of the medical certificate + copy of the proof of payment.

Only those requests formally forwarded via e-mail within the stipulated period will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid. In refund situations, the following will be deducted:

​60 days before the event: 80% of the registration fee.
30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fee.
10 days before the event: 30% of the registration fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICES
Totally forbidden to smoke on the premises where the Courses, Congress and Championship will be held.
It is forbidden to photograph or film without the prior authorization of the Organizing Committee, as well as the use of any information or material exposed or scientifically presented, without the prior authorization, in writing, of the Organizing Committee.

During courses, conferences and championships, it is requested that cell phones be turned off or placed in silent mode, avoiding the dispersion of the speaker, audience, judges and interference with the ambient sound.

ATTENTION
Take care of your belongings by not leaving them on/under the chair, always carry them with you. The organizing committee as well as its collaborators will not be responsible for any occurrence.
